From there select USB Mass Storageand click ok. Then after a moment you should have a new drive listed on your computer.The name of the drive will vary depending on your particular phone.If using Windows the drive letter will probably be one of the higher ones, perhaps G: or H:.Navigate to the appropriate drive using a file explorer and go the to folder ringspeaksoundsringtones.In this folder you will see all the ringtones created with the app. Depending on the version of the app you have installedyou might see them named TYR-your_ringtone.m4a or just a random string of characters.It's safe to delete any of the files out of this folder to remove them from the phone.You might also need to reboot your phone in order to remove them from the listed ringtones.If you encounter any issues you can try enabling USB debugging on the phone from Setting > Applications > Development.
